Join this interactive discussion with Terri Howard, Director of Equity at HGA. The purpose of this session is to define equity for women in design and showcase examples of where it lives and where it still remains out of reach. The group will explore ways in which equity is a noun and how we can make it a verb going forward.
Terri Howard has extensive experience implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) plans for nonprofit organizations, government entities, and Fortune 500 companies.
