ABOUT
Forest therapy offers a mindful immersion in nature through slow, guided walks that engage all senses.
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, this experience fosters mental clarity, emotional well-being, and a deep connection to the natural world. By being present, participants reduce stress, boost their immune system, and nurture their inherent bond with nature.
Forest therapy provides space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
